Why Practice Church Discipline

One of the least practiced responsibilities in the American church today is what is commonly known as Church Discipline yet it is one of the key characteristics of a true
local church. This is something that was commanded by our Lord and was taught by the Apostles as a means to call sinning believers back to repentance and a proper fellowship with the church. However, in our times it neglected and even rejected and the cost is huge. This sermon seeks to give a broad explanation as to why any church that is truly a church of our Lord’s must practice
discipline.
