The Spirit and the Church

The ministries of the Holy Spirit are many within the Church. He interacts with the Church in both a corporate and individual sense. The Spirit's empowering presence is a profound reality for the Church and the Christian. This sermon briefly examines some of the major roles of the Spirit in the life of the Church. It is an introduction, touching on the multifaceted reality of the Spirit's work among the Bride of Christ. In the end, every role of the Spirit has one aim -- to exalt the person of Christ.
